I just scored a PAIR - count them - dos - SPRATLING fur pins. I know, I know, fur pins - not really practical, but I think I can pull 'em off on a jean jacket (jus clip em to the pocket).

ReplyDeleteI was just browsing the net and discovered your post of Sunday, April 19, 2009 MATL. I have seen the piece with the amethyst only with turquoise and it was signed DOVAL. Also a matching bracelet also signed DOVAL. Do you know if Matl and Doval work together at some point or perhaps in the workshop of one or the other?
Thanks for your comment. I have not seen or heard of DOVAL as it relates to MATL. I'm wondering if it might be a later maker - ck the super blue turquoise - MATL and SALAS were closer to a green shade. Blue turquoise is always a sign for me that its a later piece...thanks Tia
